I am a qualified mat and reformer pilates instructor having trained via the Stott Pilates Method. The Stott Pilates Method is a contemporary style of pilates that incorporates modern exercise science and biomechanical principals.

I love sharing my love of pilates with others and helping others discover the unique power of pilates on lifestyle and physique as well as sharing how pilates can compliment and enhance other forms of exercise such as running, cycling and strength training.

I am also a mum to two young boys and enjoy running and cycling.
